    Looking for Tiny Whoop pilots

Had some ideas for places to fly and was hoping to build a little Tiny Whoop community sub group, so I have a Fb group, click here if you want to join.

Re: Looking for Tiny Whoop pilots

The Northwest FPV facebook group is already pretty saturated in Tiny Whoop action as we hold fairly regular tiny whoop races, but I don't think having a dedicated local Micro FPV group would hurt anything really. Up to you. Feel free to use NWFPV for your communication needs. It's a great way to get your word out to the people.

Micah, I love NW FPV, was just thinking that FB might be useful for connecting folks for Whooping, not so much or as formal as NW FPV. Hope not stepping on any toes.

Formal? Nah. Think of the nwfpv facebook group as more of a central place to communicate on a day to day basis. Only the larger events are "formal".

That sounds fun too! Would be a good build day activity.

So it requires a location to build and fly? I like the idea! Flying the TW outside for a planned event this time of year could be problematic. Anybody have any locations? Will give this some thought.

    -Matt.

The inductrix doesn't like dirty air so unless the weather is absolutely pristine (ha ha ha) then I think indoors is the best place for whoop'age. Outdoors is fun for 3" stuff if your yard is big enough.

You are right. Thing is I'm new to the fpv and only have a whoop so I will fly it outdoors. Ordering a mini quad soon. I will continue the hunt for a space, I would love the idea of a test and tune building day whatever, non competitive fun, some challenges maybe a course etc. thank you again!
